Jambo demonstrates his windsurfing skills

FULLPACKER PRESS RELEASE: On Tuesday August 12, 2008, four of the six active members of the Full Packers gathered for a pre-mission meeting at the picturesque Eaton Lake deep in the heart of the Adirondacks. While there, Full Packers; Rocketman, LightFoot and Capitanious were presented with 20-year recognition service awards by Jambo HBS. This year will mark the 20th climbing year of the Full Packer organization. In recognition of this milestone, Jambo HBS hand signed and inscribed a personal note to each of his fellow Full Packers on the back of a framed print titled, “A Good Time Coming” by painter Arthur Fitzwilliam Taite (see below). Thank you Jambo for your unending thoughtfulness and brotherhood!!

Despite the persistent rain, members of the Full Packers and their “significant others” enjoyed the gala and the outdoor camaraderie.
